End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Learnly LLC ("us", "we", or "our") governing your use of our learning platform, Learnly (the "Service"), available through a subscription plan.

By accessing and using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you must not access or use the Service.

1. License Grant

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.

7. Changes to this EULA

We reserve the right to modify or replace this EULA at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the updated EULA on our Websites. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new EULA. If you do not agree to the updated EULA, you must stop using the Service.
